Introduction

The SIL FDD 8010G-60-PCP is an all-outdoor, full IP, cutting-edge millimeter wave radio link operating in the 71-76/81-86GHz E-Band. It delivers a throughput of up to 10 Gbps across distances as far as 5km.

This link includes a 10Gbps Fibre port, rendering it perfect for ultra-high capacity wireless connections in urban settings, catering to various carrier-class applications such as mobile backhaul, enterprise networks, and ISPs. It incorporates state-of-the-art synchronization techniques and advanced Ethernet/IP features, establishing the SilverNet 80GHz Backhaul as a sophisticated IP radio.

The Backhaul Range stands out as a top-tier wireless outdoor bridge, designed for extended-range transmission. When used with the accompanying SilverView network monitoring software, it forms a comprehensive and reliable solution.

Note

The 73.375 – 75.875 GHz and 83.375 – 85.875 GHz band is available in the UK under a light licensed process for point to point fixed wireless applications.

The fee for the licence is currently £50, which includes the charge for registration of the first link for the first year of the licence. Any further links registered by the licensee will be charged at £50 per link per year.
